No. Many of our clients provide secure access so they can get on with their day and return to a professionally cleaned space. If you prefer to be home, that’s completely fine too. We’ll discuss access arrangements with you before your first clean.

We don’t expect you to clean before the cleaners arrive. However, clearing excess clutter, putting away personal items and making the areas included in your scope accessible allows our team to focus their time on cleaning rather than tidying.

We love meeting our clients’ pets, but their safety and the safety of our team come first. Please ensure pets are safely secured away from the areas being cleaned, particularly if they may become anxious, protective or attempt to leave the property while our team is entering or exiting.
